This website (drivewaysealingcambridge.ca) helps homeowners and businesses in Cambridge, Ontario and the surrounding area connect with local, independent driveway sealing and asphalt contractors. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Information you give us when you call or submit a quote request: your name, phone number, email, address or area, and details about your driveway or project.
- Phone calls to our number are recorded for quality and lead verification. You will hear a recording notice at the start of the call. Calls answered by our virtual assistant are transcribed and summarized.
- Basic website analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) through standard tools such as Google Search Console.
How we use it
- To pass your request to a local, independent contractor who will contact you about a quote. By calling or submitting a request, you consent to this.
- To follow up on your request and to confirm the contractor contacted you.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your request is shared only with the contractor serving your area and with the service providers that operate our phone and CRM systems (for example, our call-handling and customer-management platform). These providers may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep request records and call recordings only as long as needed to handle your request and confirm lead quality, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by calling (226) 887-1400. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
